HAREDOWN MBC - CONSENT FORM

All-terrain boarding is an extreme sport with a risk of occasional injury. Riders are therefore required to read and observe our safety rules and sign a participation form before setting off.

PARENTS MUST SIGN FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OR PRINT AND COMPLETE PAGE TWO OF THE CONSENT FORM.

UNDER 8's MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

As part of the hire package customers boarding for the first time will be given sufficient instruction to get them riding safely and will learn how to balance, stop, turn and control their speed. Lessons usually take place in small groups of up to ten riders and the instructor will remain with the group until all are safe to board alone. This usually takes from a half to one hour.
