Hello and welcome to the first Haredown eletter of 2006,this season looks set to be Haredowns biggest and best yet with a great staff team onboard, longer opening hours and a whole summer of fun ahead of us. It has been great to see so many old and new faces already down at the centre all enjoying themselves. If you haven’t already, check out the new look website www.haredown.com  which should keep you up to date with everything that is going on down at the centre. The website also now features an online shop with some great deals on boards and equipment

The rumours are true and Haredown will not be holding a round of the ATBA championships this season due to a misunderstanding with the ATBA. This is no loss as it gives another centre a chance to have a go at hosting a round and means this year we can put our time and energy into organising our own competitions and events. We do have plans for a number of new and exciting enterprises this year including a foam pit, buggy run, activity camps and some new features on the slopes, keep your eyes on the website for the latest news.

 SOBA is also back with some exciting plans for the summer so check out their website www.teamsoba.co.uk for more great boarding info. Sadly this year the ATBmag has been discontinued, but the boys at scuz magazine seem to have risen to the challenge and have come back with a great new magazine so well done to them and keep up the great work. With the long summer evenings stretching ahead of us I hope to see you all out on the slopes soon, at the moment we are offering great deals for prebooked parties and can also offer you catering so why not get some mates together and make an evening of it? Check out the website, boarding then a bbq, doesn’t get much better.

Kids camps

In August we will be running a series of week long kids camps with the main focus being boarding but lots of other activities being played in and around it. This is a great chance to improve your boarding and make new friends. For more info check out the website.

Special Offers

We also have a ½ term offer available for hire and ride. If you print out this letter and bring it with you, up to 3 people can hire and ride for 2 hrs for just £10 each. (Offer valid till June 4th)
We still have some vip passes available which will allow you to board for as long as you like whenever we are open for the entire season, phone for details.

This year remember we are open for ½ terms and the whole of August.
